I am Gina Ștef and, under the MirrorisM name, I present myself as a family photographer in Mediaș. I have been working professionally full-time since 2016, after years of passionate practice, and my approach always starts with observation: I look for those small, real moments that turn a photoshoot into a family story. I like to create a warm, playful, pressure-free atmosphere—ideal for children and for parents who don't feel comfortable in front of the camera. I use a combination of attentive shooting and gentle interventions: I adjust the frame when needed, but I leave room for the sincere reaction of the moment. The result: images that tell a story, not just pretty photographs. I often work with families, babies and new parents—newborn and infant sessions are handled with care, patience and a priority on the child's safety. For baptisms, birthdays or outdoor family sessions, I adapt the pace and the light so each photo preserves the freshness of the moment. In addition, my experience in portrait and event photography helps me capture details and expressions that make the difference. My process is simple and personal: we discuss expectations, location and style beforehand; on the day of the session I create a relaxed setting; afterwards I carefully edit the images to preserve true color and the emotion of each frame. I edit photos in Photoshop and Lightroom, focusing on discreet retouching—for natural, harmonious results. I work in the Mediaș area and its surroundings, and I enjoy building long-term relationships with families: many clients return for anniversaries, baptisms or regular family sessions.
