I'm Tiberiu Crișan and for more than a decade family photography has been one of my main focuses. Based in Cluj‑Napoca, I treat family sessions as meetings between people — not merely technical shoots. My aim is to create family photos that return to memory like little stories: a newborn's first smiles, children playing freely in the park, the quiet emotion of a baptism day, or the warmth of a family celebration. My approach blends documentary style with portraiture — I prefer to follow authentic moments, but I also know when to pause time for a thoughtfully composed portrait. My experience with portraits, personal projects and event photography has taught me the patience needed to work with little ones and the tact to put the whole family at ease. For newborns I work calmly and carefully, respecting the baby's rhythm; for children and teens I like to turn the session into play so natural expressions emerge. How we work: we meet (or talk) to establish what you want — preferred location (at home, in studio or outdoors), the tone of the images and practical details. On the day of the session I focus on creating a relaxed, unhurried atmosphere so every family member feels comfortable. After the session I carefully select and edit the images, delivering photos optimized for print and for custom albums. I also offer the option to preserve memories in physical form — fine prints and carefully crafted albums for those who prefer photographs on paper. Why choose me?
