I am Bălan Emilian Sorin — Foto SorBal, a photographer from Braila with a passion for family stories. I work primarily with families in Braila and Galati, adapting each session to your dynamic — whether it’s a shoot in the park, at home or at an important event such as a baptism or a coming-of-age celebration. My approach is natural and narrative: I favor honest, spontaneous frames where children move freely, parents forget the camera, and emotions come to light. I don’t force smiles; I create situations where they appear naturally. I focus on clarity, composition and capturing the details that make your family unique — from tender gestures to small daily rituals. How we work together: we start with a conversation about expectations and favorite locations; you choose the place, and I adapt the light and pace of the session to achieve relaxed, natural images. On the day of the shoot I strive to create a calm, friendly atmosphere — light banter, simple games or child-focused activities often help a lot. After the session I carefully select and edit the photos, preserving natural colors and the details that convey emotion. Beyond family sessions, I have experience photographing family events — baptisms and coming-of-age celebrations — where attention to timing, people’s reactions and proper framing makes all the difference. I also offer complementary services such as pet photo sessions or car photography to complete your visual story when you want something different. Deliverables can include professionally edited digital images, print-ready files and optional albums or wall prints upon request.
