My name is Moraru Sergiu and I am a photographer based in Arad, specialized in family photography. Family photography is my main focus — I put all my attention, experience and creativity into capturing relationships, small gestures and the emotions that make every family story unique. Why choose me for your family photos? Because I treat every session as a meeting between people, not just a technical task. I began photographing in ninth grade and, after nine years of practice, I learned to lead sessions with calm, patience and a lot of empathy — essential when working with children and newborns. My style blends documentary sensitivity with natural portraits: I look for spontaneity and real moments, while also composing clean images that take the viewer back to that instant. How do I work with families? Before the session we discuss expectations, preferred locations and your children’s rhythm. I prefer locations with natural light — parks, your home or spaces where you feel comfortable — to preserve an authentic atmosphere. On the day of the shoot I create a relaxed environment: I guide you through small activities, games or simple prompts that awaken genuine smiles, while staying alert to details and unexpected moments. I’m obsessed with quality, but equally committed to naturalness: every photograph receives the necessary editing to emphasize the emotion without altering it. I frequently work with families for baby and child sessions as well as special events like baptisms or anniversaries — moments when memories should be kept with care. Although family work is my main passion, I also photograph weddings and other events when the story calls for the same attentive eye for detail.
